Where do you deliver to?

We offer free delivery to anywhere in the Perth Metro region in Western Australia. Delivery outside of the Perth Metro region is calculated at checkout depending on your postcode. We do not deliver outside of Western Australia at this stage.

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is calculated by postcode at checkout and will be based on the best rates available for the type and location of the product.

When can I expect my product after I have ordered?

This will vary depending on your location and type of product.

Perth Metro may be within 2-5 working days

Country Location may be within 5-7 working days

How do you package your products?

Products will be sent in the supplier packaging and every care will be taken to ensure the safety of the product

How do I return an item?

If your item is faulty please contact our customer service hotline and we will authorise for you to send your item back to the supplier. Upon review we will issue a refund, credit note or replace your item.

If the goods are faulty, freight will be absorbed by Red Dot Xtra.

We do not accept refunds for "change of mind" so please choose wisely.

We do not accept returned items at our bricks and mortars Red Dot stores as the Red Dot Xtra products are only sold online.

Are my details secure?

What forms of payment do you accept at reddotxtra.com.au?

We accept credit card and PayPal. We do not accept American Express.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use a range of companies – Australia Post, Star Track Express, Fastway Couriers, and PEP Transport. It depends on the location and size of the product as to which delivery option is most cost effective. Over time other freight forwarders may be used based on best possible savings we can pass onto our customers.

Do deliveries require a signature?

We do not need a signature however we do require during the checkout process an authority to leave in a secure location. We do not wish to charge customers for further deliveries and it is important to note this point. If the delivery agent deems it unsafe they will advise customer to collect from depot unless otherwise arranged.

Can I collect my order from the warehouse?

Orders can be collected from the warehouse if you choose the 'pick up' option during the checkout process. When chosing the 'pick up' option please allow 1 full business day from the date of payment for your order to be processed and ready for collection. Unfortunately the warehouse is not open on weekends or Western Australian public holidays and do not process orders outside of business hours.
